Carbon14 asked us to pass on their thanks to everyone who supported them over the summer. They had a busy time playing venues from London to Scotland. They still have a last few copies of their Detached and Connected EP available and will have a new EP, Time Bomb around the new year, which will include three new tracks and some bonus live recordings.

Secret Archives of the Vatican have put together two compilation albums tied in with their pages at besonic.com. Both titled Deep In The Archives the CDs are a collection of some of the band's favourite independent tracks. They've also uploaded a few more tracks to their page, including one rare older track only previously available on an obscure compilation.

Martyn Joseph's website is announcing that Presentable, the Cardiff based television company currently producing The Mike Doyle Show for BBC Wales have made tickets available for those who would like to be part of the audience on Sunday 26th November 2000 when Martyn will be Mike Doyle's special guest. Members of Iona past and present have united with producers Nigel Palmer and Nick Fletcher to record Immanuel, the latest release in the Celtic Expressions of Worship series. The album, recorded in May and June this year features Joanne Hogg, Troy Donockley, Terl Bryant, Dave Fitzgerald and Tim Harries among others. The album will be available through Kingsway Music in the UK. Instrumental tracks from Immanuel, along with other pieces from the Celtic Expressions series may well appear on a compilation album in the USA shortly, possibly under the band name "Kildare".
