St. Alban's based Dust are currently gigging about once a week at Christian events around the UK, but plan to spend a month during the summer playing to audiences in Eastern Europe, hoping to spread the gospel to the largely non-Christian audiences they will be playing to. The band have recently appointed a new manager.

Steve Butler of Lies Damned Lies hopes to have his first solo album out by Greenbelt. Secret Archives of the Vatican have now got online distribution for their Reformation album through CDNow, CDWorld, Buy.com and CDUniverse. Delirious? will be among the artists featured in a webcast of the US based Creation festivals later this month, check out www.acaza.com for more. The first single from Caroline Alexander will be "Fake The Blame" and is released on July 17th. Britlinks can exclusively reveal that the follow-up single will be a double a-side featuring "Don't Need You" and a cover of Judy Bailey's "You Care For Us". The cover will feature a band comprising Mikey Randon, Dan Boreham (Blueberry), Paul Wilkinson (The Amazing Pilots) and Dave Lynch (Toploader producer). This second single will release on September 25th. Caroline's management are currently in discussions with EIS about making the singles available online.

The World Wide Message Tribe have recently returned from taking part in the EO Youth Day at the Ajax stadium in Holland. The group played to a crowd of 50,000 at the annual event. The next day, they were back in Manchester playing at a Planet Life event alongside V-Enna.

One of the year's more intriguing events is being planned for July 30th in Swansea. Xtreme World is a one-day, two stage festival with a mainstage headlined by acts including Motorhead and Therapy. The second stage, however, features a lineup of artists including The Alarm, Glenn Kaiser (Rez), Fono, Blueprint, The Electrics, SCSI, 3rd Day Rising, Crucifer, Booley, Lorraine King and Cupboard. Bassist Steve Lawson has completed his debut solo album and hopes to have copies available from mid-July. Guitar magazine have described the album as "phenomenal" and a rough version of one of the tracks is included on the cover CD with this month's issue (Status Quo cover). Steve has a number of gigs coming up, including some with cellist Harry Napier. The pair will be appearing together at greenbelt.

The Creation Festival, due to take place this October in Scotland have announced a provisional lineup including Technicolour, Crucifer, Booley, SCSI and As If.... The organisers are still having some trouble arranging a license with the local council so site details are not available yet.

According to their US label, Praise Revolution, Youth For Christ's itinerant outreach band TVB are receiving lots of airplay in the runup to the US launch of their latest release in three weeks. The band have even been appearing about the WWMT in some import charts for US Christian radio. A review of the release will soon be available at the Phantom Tollbooth.

In the run up to the release of their new album, Superhero have added a chat room and discussion board to their website as well as relaunching their e-mailing list.
