The Honey Thieves
The Honey Thieves are a band who have been about for several years now in various forms. Originally called Shelter, the band has undergone many changes of line-up with only two of the original Shelter members remaining. It is their aim to sing mainly about their opinion of life issues and give people insight into what it is to live as a Christian. Musically the band has been described as many things and has been torn between the genres Folk and Rock for some time now. Possible descriptions have been created such as 'Lounge Frock' but really you need to hear them for yourself.
The Honey Thieves are planning to release a new EP next month. The EP has a working title of Blue Eyed World. They're currently filling out their new website. The band's drummer Andy Chittick has recently been in touch to let us know about the Acoustic Cafe, an event he's running in Scotland to provide a venue for adults to come and listen to music in a relaxed atmosphere.
